Outdoor Team BuildingOutdoor team building activities are designed to build leadership skills, co-operation, trust and intra-team communication. Duration of each activity ranges from 1 hour to 4 hours. Depending on the duration of training hours, we offer a variety of outdoor activities to choose from. Our outdoor team building activities are challenging and yet suitable for all ages and physical ability. Using experiential learning techniques, participants are free to explore their own solutions to complete their challenges. Debriefs are done after each activity to reinforce positive behaviours demostrated during the activities. At the same time, participants are encouraged to apply their learning back to their work situations. For best result, we recommend combination of outdoor and indoor activities. Indoor Team BuildingIndoor team building have many benefits. There is no worry about bad weather. Participants who do not like to run under the hot sun (especially in sunny Singapore), are more oblige to take part in the activities. Discussions and debriefs are more in-depth and controlled for indoor activities. As such, participants learn more from the activities and find it easier to apply back to their work situations.
