Outdoor Team Building Activities

Outdoor team building activities can be high energy and challenging. Instead of putting your team through high ropes, wall climbing and flying fox which may appeal only to those who like outdoor adventure activities, we have designed our outdoor activities to suit all ages and physical ability.  

Learning from the team building activities is important as they are useful for future improvement of a team.

Below are some of the samples of our outdoor team building activities. We will be adding more activities soon.

For wet weather precaution, some of the outdoor activities can be run as indoor versions (with sufficient big space area like badminton or basketball courts) as indicate in the table.

Please note that prices of the team building may vary based on the activities you have choosen. Certain activities require more co-facilitators and props to run.

Floating Pole

Team has to lift a pole and attempt various obstacles together. This seemingly easy task may turn out to be a big challenge, taking more than expected time to complete.

Nuclear Explosion

Team has to transfer "nuclear electrons" from one container to another container at a hard to reach distance of 3 metres radius. They are not allow to get near the nuclear reactors and the resources given to them are very limited.

Team are to cross a huge spider web without agitating the web in order to escape from the giant spider.

Team has to build a roller coaster track using pipe tubing that will be able to move the car from one end to the other end without stopping and dropping off the track.

An all time favourite, teams have to hunt for treasures around their training vicinity or island-wide. However, unlike others, our treasure hunt activity encourages building alliances between teams and sharing of resources and information.
