Indoor Team Building

Our indoor team building activities are designed specially to foster closer cohesion and stronger commitment at work. Experiential activities, discussions and presentations are used for indoor team building activities to build communication and commitment.

Some companies prefer to conducted indoor team building program due to confidentiality on topics discussed. Our trainers are experienced to handle the sessions with sensitivity and lots of encouragement and motivation. Indoor team building activities are ideal for small group using the workshop as a full day team building or a single 45 minutes session as lead-in to work plan meetings.

Please note that prices of the team building may vary based on the activities you have choosen. Certain activities require more co-facilitators and props to run.

Greatest Bridge Ever Built

Team has to build a bridge with newspaper and be able to support a heavy weight and a hollow passage way for object to pass through underneath.

Egg Drop Challenge

Team has to make a harness for an egg to ensure that the egg will not break when drop from a building.

Teams are tied together with strings and they have to form shapes like star, house, animals, etc while being blind-folded.

Teams play a betting game while trying to out-wit one another to win as much money as they can.

Appreciation Tree

Space Station 3000

Teams are to construct a space station based on the drawing by their space engineers. However, only the space engineers have access to the drawing.

Vision Board

Vision board is very power tool to help team to set goals and gain commitment at work. With armed with their favourite magazines and photos, team has to come out with a collage of what they see themselves at work in the near future.

Team Mandala

The session can be very spiritual and emotional for team as they discuss and write down their personal strength and contribution to the team using a mandala (artistic patterns).

Hot Air Balloon

The hot air balloon is drifting on the ocean but is found to have a major leak. Team now has to decide who to sacrifice in order to get the balloon to reach safely to the shore.

Teams are to put a few sets of puzzles together. However, unknown to them, the puzzles are all mixed up.

Tallest Building Challenge

Teams are to build a building as tall as possible while at the same time be able to hold as many objects as possible.

Pass the Ball

Seemingly simple activity. team is to pass the ball to one another in the shortest possible time. The challenge is for them to pass the ball in less than 3 seconds.
